While you play a match have your full concentration on the ball and your racket...Plan your mind after the ball and think what stroke your going to use....Dont use loops frequently because the player will know and he'll be ready to get the ball and he'll smash the ball....

So be careful while

• Smashing the ball
• Placing the ball
• Blocking the ball
